About Us
SHIFT Performance & Wellness is a 12000 sq. ft. athletic training facility featuring a real ice pad, gym and golf simulators.
SHIFT is an evolution of CGD with over a decade of proven history developing Goalies at every level of the game. Our alumni have gone on to play NCAA, CIS and professional hockey throughout the world. In 2022, 8 out of 10 Goalies drafted to the CCHL and 4 goalies in the OHL Priority Selection call SHIFT home.
Our Goalie Coaches led by Matt Dopud, have a passion for coaching and developing Goalies as Athletes to reach their full potential. Our coaching team includes; Mavric Parks, Patrick Killeen and Marshall Frappier each bringing their unique knowledge and experience from playing at the highest levels of the game.
Over the years we have expanded to include Player development, led by Al Daggett and multi-sport athletic training led by Michael Ho. Our focus is on coaching and long-term Athlete development.
